Terms of Service

1. Provider

FreeCut is operated by LKS E-Commerce GmbH, Buchenhofener Straße 25, 42329 Wuppertal, Germany. Contact: info@lks-group.com.

2. Use of FreeCut

FreeCut is a mobile video editor. You may use the app to import, edit and export media that you own or are licensed to use. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to your media.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to your imported and created content. FreeCut does not claim ownership of your videos, photos, audio files or exports. FreeCut does not force a watermark into your export.

4. FreeCut Pro and subscriptions

FreeCut Pro is offered as an auto-renewing in-app subscription through Apple. Billing is handled through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules.

Planned options are 3.99 EUR monthly and 39.99 EUR yearly. Local App Store prices may vary by country, tax and Apple's price tier. FreeCut Pro removes ads.

5. Ads

The free version may contain ads. Ads must not block core features such as playback, scrubbing, export, timeline work or live editing. Personalised ads are only enabled after your choice and Apple's ATT prompt.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use FreeCut to create or distribute illegal content, infringe third-party rights, bypass protections or publish content for which you do not have the necessary rights.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to provide stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Apple Standard EULA

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to App Store downloads and use where applicable.

9. Governing law

German law applies. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Wuppertal. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
